All orders are shipped using Canada Post unless otherwise specified.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for the package passes to the customer, subject to applicable laws.

Customers located in Toronto may select Free Local Pickup during checkout.

Pickup times must be scheduled and agreed upon in advance between the customer and ORBE.

Failure to attend the agreed pickup time may result in delays. Rescheduling or cancellation of pickup appointments is not guaranteed and will depend on availability.
