Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been completed. ORBE does not hold items without payment due to our FIRST COME FIRST SERVE policy and limited product availability.

All orders are shipped using Canada Post.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and the carrier's pricing.

Estimated Delivery Times

Ontario:
3–5 business days

Rest of Canada:
3–8 business days

United States:
5–10 business days

Mexico:
7–14 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Customers located in Toronto may choose Free Local Pickup during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

ORBE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders shipped to the United States or Mexico may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by ORBE.
